Temperament Testing
Not every dog is a good fit for a daycare.
All our new guests are temperament-tested by trained behaviourists to understand their personality, play style, and comfort level.
We use this to curate playgroups with matched energy to ensure safe interactions from day one.
Enrichment Focus
We are a playschool not a playground.
This means our focus is not just on play, but on purposefully diverting your pup's mental energy through structured activities.

Dog:Coach Ratio
We maintain the best in class dog to coach ratio of 8:1, as recommended by international dog handling societies.
This means every playgroup is constantly monitored to keep all interactions positive and safe.
Preventing Fights
Our coachs are trained to read dog body language cues. In particular they are trained on calming and stress signals, as well as the canine ladder of communication.
By noticing early signs of stress, discomfort or overexcitement, we step in before conflicts occur keeping our playgroups peaceful and safe.
Mandatory Downtime
Rest is often the most overlooked part of dog behaviour.
An unrested dog is more likely to be stressed and cranky. They initiate and get into more fights.
That's why we schedule and enforce structured downtime every afternoon so dogs can decompress, and reduce stress leading to calmer moods and fewer fights.
Positive Training Techniques
We believe learning should be about choice not control.
That's why we use reward-based, positive training methods so your dog learns to choose the right behaviour, not because of fear of punishment but because choices are rewarding.
CCTV access to Parents
You will have access to the CCTV cameras of the play, board and training zones of your pup, whenever they are with us.
Our handling practices are 100% transparent, and you can log on and watch anytime you want.

Health & Hygiene
Pet Safe Products
All the cleaning products used at Scooby's Club from the detergents to floor cleaners are pet safe.
For our Spa service, we use high-quality grooming products from Bio Groom and Earth Bath, chosen for their scientific formulations.
Tick and Flea Safety
The entire facility is cleaned twice daily with pet-safe products, treated weekly with anti-tick and flea measures.
The indoor, open floor design prevents pest hiding spots creating a infection safe space.
After every outdoor walk, your pup's paws are cleaned to prevent any ticks trailing in from walks. Additionally, all new dogs entering the facility also go through a tick and flea check.
Allergen Aware Foods
We are allergen conscious.
In our meals and treats, we offer a choice of foods including hypoallergenic options.
Based on the allergen information shared by parents, we ensure all guests get different treats as well as different freshly cooked meals, which are healthy for them.
Double Gated Entries
Every play zone and entry point is double-gated for safety, ensuring dogs can’t slip out. This extra layer of protection helps control movement, keeps every guest secure, and gives parents total peace of mind.
Managing Estrus (Heat)
We do not take in any dogs who are in their estrus cycle to prevent fights and accidental impregnation.

Interior Design
Choice of Colours
Scooby's Club uses a mix of green, yellow and blue colours in the playzones, i.e., the colour spectrum dogs can actually see in, to stimulate their senses.
Conversely, all the rest and sleep areas use grey colours, to mute reactions and relax dogs.
Paw & Joint Friendly Flooring
We use premium rubber flooring across all dog playzones, similar to the ones used in human squash or badminton courts.
These anti-skid, absorbent floors make sure your dog's joints are safe while they play with us.
Climate Controlled
The fully indoors and air conditioned space is protected from heat, rain and allergens.
This means you no longer have to worry about rainy days, or your long haired pup being out in the heat.
Ideal for Bengaluru's changing weather and long haired, or sensitive pups.
Special Play Equipment
The play equipment is custom designed by us to replicate a natural play zone with different heights, as well as corners to move around in case a dog wants to disengage from play.
Lights, Sound and Smell
- We use curated playlists to relax dogs and help them sleep. This allows drowns out the outside world.
- We use aromas to relax and stimulate dogs, through the day
- The space is built with plenty of natural light in the day and warm lights in the evening, so your dog's circadian rhythm is not disrupted
Zoned Spaces
Every dog thrives when they’re in the right crowd. Our zoned spaces group dogs by age, temperament and size to support safe interaction and reduce overstimulation.
Your small pup will never be around larger dogs.
