In a free roam stay, dogs aren’t kept in kennels. They live, nap, and play together in open, comfortable areas, with constant human supervision, so they feel relaxed and at home.

All guests staying with us get 2 or 3 freshly cooked (no preservatives) meat based meals depending on their age.
They will also get treats and snacks, as part of their training and enrichment activities.

We are allergen conscious.
In our meals and treats, we offer a choice of foods including hypoallergenic options.

You will have access to the CCTV cameras of their play and sleep areas.
Our handling practices are 100% transparent, and you can log on and watch anytime you want.

We group dogs by temperament, size and age and they are always under the supervision of trained canine coaches.

Our coaches are trained to identify dog body language so they can step in before a fight occurs and ensure no dog is being bullied.

It's socialisation with oversight and structure, not free group play.

Choice of activities includes sniffing, training, chewing, shredding, bubble play, and problem solving amongst others.

Our spaces are cleaned twice daily with pet-safe products and weekly with anti-tick and flea measures.
Unlike grassy outdoor areas, ticks cannot hide or multiply in an indoor setup, ensuring a safe tick-free environment.

A dog who plays 8-10 hours a day is a dog who gets cranky and tired.

We make sure all our guests get uninterrupted rest in the afternoon and night with relaxing playlists and aromatherapy, so they go home satisfied, not just tired.
